All Lit Up

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
The Split Point Lighthouse located in Aireys looks over some treacherous coastline. I have always liked this lighthouse as it can be seen from a distance as one drives towards Aireys Inlet. This time I got to see it up close and it didn't disappoint, nestled amongst the soft undergrowth.
These wonderful structures have saved many lives all over the world, so as a mark of appreciation I have reversed the spotlight.
Technical
Applied a bidirectional graduated filter to get the lighting effect.
I have just started playing with some post processing, so any comments and criticisms are most welcome |

Hi Pete,
Fantastic work. Wonderful cloud coverage, great lighting and a fine structure. You've managed your settings with true professionalism. Nicely composed and TFS Julie
That looks nice! I like it. I wouldn't mind seeing a discreet little frame around the photo :)
Cheers,
Nathalie
