Greetings Beanm, there must be an interesting story to how that piano got to that location .The piano on it's own makes for great subject material,I find that blank wall just to be a bit too much blankness as a background,I may have been inclined to focus right close to the piano,as it has many great features,I mean just look at that keyboard,terrific, or if it was possible add a background that would give more impact to the scene,just my two pence worth,that piano deserves to be a centre piece.

I have to give you a bit of credit for this shot, it is well done and clear, although I agree about the placement and the door on the left...I also did a fun workshop :)

This picture has a lot of potential if you did a few steps more with photoshop. It would look great in black and white, and off-centered composition might make it look more interesting. Nice lighting and details.
I will do a small workshop.

I must disagree with the other critiques - I think the door adds a sense of proportion. No way should the piano be in the centre, and to have it off-centre with just a bare background looks very odd. I think the old pair of boots on top add just the right atmosphere, too.
It was a good dinner, though!
