nice photo overall there, the colors are nice and dynamic.

are you trying to freeze the bird though? an alternative scene to this is to pan the frame. or if you really choose to freeze him in the air, maybe you could've place the bird a little higher on the horizon to give an emphasis to it's flying.

those are only in my opinions though! ^^
