| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
While exploring the coast I came upon this water wheel. It has long since stopped turning. The reds of the moss and blue of the sky struck me, as did the textures, so I took many photos to try and capture it. This was the result.
The wheel was used to pump the water from a small stream to a nearby lighthouse many years ago. |

Hi Stephen,
The details are good and is rich in colours. But i realise the sky is alittle grainy, maybe it is due to your ISO setting, you should choose a lower ISO setting. TFS!

Hi stephen, excellent shot! I didn't even realize what it was until the note explained it. Thanks for a great idea. TFS
Hi Stephen, a West Australian by birth and now a Tasmanian by choice I visited the lighthouse area on a trip back West in 2005. It was a howling gale on the cape with a very ordinary light and the shot(s) I took of the wheel were abysmal. Excellent POV, good rich colour with the calcification process showing well. TFS,
David
