[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Another view of Perth, taken from the Kings Park overlooking the city. This is a combination of 4 exposures put through HDR imaging.

Although I've got the full 800 pixel size it's only a 110kb file so I've lost detail. Anyone else using 'photoimpact' able to help me with how to keep the file size bigger when resizing the image??

buena foto nocturna.
saludos.

Dear David Jessop!
Wonderful contemporary architecture.
Amazing cityscape.
Nice lightness.
Fantastic shot.
TFS!

Hi David,

This is an interesting shot of Perth. I like the time of day the photo was taken, showing the light sky. The warm glow of the lights is also nice.

4 exposures? HDR? Very impressive. Congratulations on achieving this look. I've got a lot to learn. :D

thanks for sharing David, Lisa

Superb HDR work David. A magificent cityscape.
I love shooting at this time when the lights are on and it's just the last bit of daylight.
You captured the mood very well.
Love the foreground twists of the highways and byways.
Excellent shot.

PhotoFiltre.com.
Hello David.
With photofiltre, very easy to get the Kb's as close as posseble to 200.
When you safe, of better, safe as (so the original stays as is)
You are able to look at 'preview and with the slidebar you are able to change the kb's.
I will do a ws, and give it more kb, but as it is already less not sure the picture gest better.
BTW, a Wonderful picture it is. excellent work with HDR.!
Cheers

Hi David,
The light levels are well managed here. The resulting lowlight detail is commendable.
I like that little bit of blue just coming through the clouds in the upper right sky.
Well done.
Best regards, Daniel

That's a stunning photo, what a wonderful overall effect.

Hello David,
Great work here using HDR. You captured the glory of the city.
Cheers
Dennis

Certainly one of the best Cityvieuws ive seen so far on TL David.
How do you say that(?)krisp, clearity and damn sharp.
Ive good memories about this place back to 1985 when the skyline was looking slightly different and lower....
Anyway great shot.

I don't think I've ever seen a night shot as good as this one David! Really excellent details, I can't see any lost details, man this is great! I'm impressed! Sorry I missed this earlier!
B-)

David, amazing quality and clarity even though you say you lost detail. I totally do not understand the HDR process even though I've read the manual. I guess I've got to read further! Great night shot. Chamber of Commerce worthy! But only if they give you a retainer!
