Hello Scott,

The boat is good in an off-central, f/g location but would add much to the composition if it had been angled into the shot rather than parallel with the border. I like how the boat colour is repeated in the sky; it helps to unite the shot.
Good management of the light.
Perhaps would benefit from a little more sharpening.
