Another departure from your normal style, this is a really nice photo. Superb composition and the different elements of the image complement each other ver well. For a phot taken such a long time ago, it has sttod the test of time well.

Looks like we've had a few days missing so I will pick ... THIS one.
NOW I get the 'sunsail' meaning. It's a refuge from the searing sun that is constructed just like a ship sail would be. Yes, I saw many in UAE.
You're right about the'graphism and colour here' and nuts to any distortion.
Very nice flag! I would adopt it as my own country's but we already have one. Huge bold diagonals behind and that's so nice; curvy bits too. I prefer this to any beach scene ;)
