[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
As has been noted before, the plover is an Australian waterbird that does not seem to have a particularly vibrant sense of humour, or social life.

Here, I would suggest for the first time on TL, is a glimpse inside the kitchen of a plover.

In the kitchen, on one of the walls (the one on the left as you go through the door), the plover has a pinboard where it keeps photos of itself.

You will note that all photos, except the main one, depict the plover alone. The large photo does provide a glimmer of hope, however.

One can only hope that a real friendship will develop with the swan.

PP: several layers, saturation modification, merge layers, USM.

Hi Peter

I like the dynamism added by the tilt & the superb juxtapositioning of the plover & black swan. The pinned snapshots in the corners are arw nice touch. Superb sharpness. Tfs!

Hi Peter,
This is a very interesting way of presenting the plover very well captured in vibrant colours. TFS.

Lol Peter even those I attempt to take photos of seem anti social, there maybe a pair together but they still seem apart. Great PP work, well presented. TFS,
David

Peter, I haven't visited your photos for a while - and you have some super photos. Very impressive I think.
And your pretty Plover here, standing so sharp and detailed in front of the soft old swan. I can see 5 excellent shots in this unusual collage. And what a great way you have done it. Bravo, bravo!

Hello Peter!

Catching up visiting my fellow members after our vacation! Boy there is a lot of great stuff published lately. I have missed a lot of good work.
I love this original PP here. Nicely thought and presented. Colorful montage. The red nose of the swan is a great help in that result.
Cheers!
Robert
