[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
These balloons look like they're shivering. Not surprising considering how cold this morning was. A Balloon Fiesta is on in Canberra again and photo opportunities abound. I think every second person there had a camera. Like some other photographers I used the artifical pond, and captured the reflection alone.
