This is a shot trying to emphasis the size of this huge ship which visited Australian ports after crossing the Tasman Sea from New Zealand during a storm with large swells. But it did arrive in good shape although many of the travellers were all shook up apparently during this trip.

The challenge with a ship so large it is tough to get more than a small piece of it into a photo when it is tied up like this.

wow perspective impressionant, congratulations, the colors are so great, this shot is very nice

Hi Murray,
Great point of view, my friend!
Good idea and very well carried out, super composition where you actually put the ship in the midst of the city making it a part of the skyline...
Clever!
Greetings,
Pablo -

Very good work Murray - the colours and the composition are excellent. Excellent POV of this huge ship. Thanks for sharing!

Murray,
Really, it is a very nice picture. Especially, the hight point of view give the sensation of grandeur and quite uncommon. I am sure that a lot of people use to capture this scenary from the ground; good sky, sharp and a lot of details to see.

Very good composition Murray. The boat looks like it is out of the water and sitting on the dock! I do like your POV, especially with the tall buildings in the BG. Well done,
Janice

Hi Murray,
wow, this is a wonderful POV, it realy seams that the ship is standing in the middle of the town. The people are so tiny, what a monster-ship. Thanks for sharing

Execellent perspective Murray. Very well done.

Hello Murray,

p.s. I always thought Sydney CBD would be a bigger and nicer one but from this POV it really looks small and grey. Wonder what the people had in mind who constructed the three concrete blocks on the left.

Bonjour.
Il a des roues le bateau pour pouvoir arriver si près des immeubles ?
Bravo pour cette image.

Hi Murray!
I like this Diamond Prince giant among the buildings of the city. Your colors are excellent, your focus - perfect.
Good job!
Anton

Hi Murray,

I really like this comparative capture!! The ship is amazingly big. Remembers me of the movie, Speed-2 :)

I like the colors and POV. Nice sharpness. TFS.

Kiran.

Hi,
Great shot with great colors.

I like the POV, it is only possible with a wide aperture.

Best Regards.

The photo is great. The good POV indeed emphasized the size of the ship. Yeah, I also saw the ship myself and had photographed it and truly it is huge and difficult to take a photo of it when one is close. Good work on this photo. Congratulations

Lets start with this one... I like the way the ship looks bigger than the building... great use of the angle. It is impressive.
Well captured. Could be used in their broshure any day!
