Nice, it even looks windy and whats with the green stuff??? Only green grass we have yet are the lawns in town that have been watered and out in the paddocks where the rain has washed the dust off there are faint tinges showing so hopefully the countryside will get the rain before it gets too warm.

Hi David,
You show us really your landscapes in their truth, their side very natural. I would associate this way of making with the Cinema-Reality, without make-up nor set up. Here, it is the case. The colors are dull because the nature missed water, and winter is leaving. Bravo and thank you to make us discover this reality. Annie
PS/ As it is Friday, the beginning of the weekend and I have time, I modified your photo to give it a little artistic vision. I hope that you will not see in this experiment a no-respect of your vision.

I'm enjoying your tour of Austrailia, this landscape looks very simialar to what I have here in the back of my house.Exept the hay is in small square bales, although last year they baled in big round ones like that. I never understood why the farmers don't pick it up , I see alot of it sitting like the one there just rotting..seems like a waste of good feed? (used to have horses so hay is hay!)

Don't believe Pudipie about their grass, it's violet. And she's got proof ;-)
Love this picture. From the mountains to the fields.
Loving this tour of Tasmania.
Well done and thank you

Hi Dave,
Another great country photo! Lovely lighting & vivid colours! I really like the gradual slope which leads the eye downwards.
Well done & TFS :)

This looks like my lawn after the winter. Trying to get rid of the death patches at the moment. Don't need any reminders of the awfully cold winter.
I like the way you left the photo as it is and not saturating colours. Taking a photo anywhere in SA and you will have the same effect. Now we all need some rain.

I'm sure they have seen many a year, many a wind, many a person roll past...if only they could talk! I can't tell whether the photo is tilted, because the trees aren't vertical...but then I know that if there is a wind, trees won't grow straight up...so not I'm confused and will think about it all night!
B-)
