[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
YAHOOOOOOOOOOOO !!!! I finally did it. Sorry one and all but this old idiot finally read the book of words for the camera she bought a year ago and found the macro settings and all sorts of other things it can do, it has been on auto and thats all I have used, a bit of zoom but that was all. Woooppeee. I have had a ball all afternoon taking alsorts of photos, even taken macros down the big splits in the ground.
Now to learn to keep it steady, this is FUN
Oh heck this is one of my crazy cacti/suculents, it is soft and fuzzy.

I like your first attemp at macros with the A410.
I had one of those cameras before it got stolen from my car, they do take very good photos.

Hi Diane. There is another member of TL who uses a Powershot. I did suggest to her that she read her manual and lo and behold she found what you did. My manual has a done a runner so I am reduced to reading the PDF version. A fine first effort just try not to get too close until you work it all out. TFS,
