[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a view from the Q1 Tower (The world's tallest residential building), Gold Coast.
The lights from the buildings were reflecting their colours on the sands at Surfer's Paradise. It looked really pretty.

Hi Claudia
nice effects of the different artificial lights on the sand..
Good DOF, POV, sharpness and fantastic colours...
well done.
Taba

Beautiful scene, Claudia! At first I thought you "painted" in some color in post-processing, but I can see now how the light played on the sand.

Your POV is wonderful, and there's lots to look at and study, but the photo still maintains a nice "flow" to it. You have really strong parallel diagonals, broken up by the trees and different sections of light, as well as the buildings. The barely visible surf belies the inky blackness to the right, and the safety of "civilization."

My favorite element is the small wavy lines in the sand - high tide waves?

Bravo!

- Bob

Hola Claudia
Es realmente encantadora la vista nocturna y el reflejo de las luces en el Surfer's Paradise, se aprecian muy bien los detalles de la arena multicolor.
Saludos
