The rains started but the dams are still empty.

Hi Brad,
Great landscape... I love the colors tones on the barren land. Well done.
Regards,
Varun

Good shot of a bad scene. I often think when viewing this sort of scene that at some time this was the normal, if it wasnt then where the heck did all the now drowned trees come from? At some time the water must have been in its present state or the trees could not have had time to grow to the sizes they are. TFS

Hi Brad,
Great image! Wonderful colours of a very barren landscape, hope you get some rain sometime soon! Well done and TFS
Cheers Tina :-)

Hi Bart, nice composition and use of the brown border to emphasise the starkness of the scene Hopefully better things to come soon.

Hi Brad!
It's good to see another shot of yours!
Lovely brown tones here. It's a very different landspace from the ones I use to visit! Thanks for making me travel.... with my mind!

Dario

Hi Brad, even deader than the dams down this way. Lovely tones and excellent detail. TFS,
David

... and now it's green although not much water. I was around Bendigo this week and it's amazing the change.
I really like the the mood of this picture. I like the horizontal water lines on the hill... the wood deposited around...the patterns in teh dirt... the trickle of water and the almost pinkness to the scene.
Cheers
Barry

Hey Possum Eyes, great border and beautiful pic - though it is sad. Take care.
