Cute real cute. I like the focus seems to fall on the white egg and its neighbours, like the speckled ones. Funny how right through until my eldest kids were little the egg marketing board had theslogan (well in NZ anyway, not sure about here that far back) that "When there's an egg in the house there's a meal in the house" then we had to [endure the stupidity of a minority saying oh dont eat them they are no good for you. Ah well dear old egg have survived thank goodness, not that most of us paid any notice to the anti egg thing but it was sooooo irritating. TFS

Hi Alaettin. Interesting notes, my wife cannot eat them because of the iodine which they contain and she is allergic to. A mundane subject well captured, good colour and light and well composed. I prefer the browns, their yokes always seem more golden. TFS,

Hi Alaettin,

Beautiful capture, and good information that eggs have for ours to greet. great shot, in fact this is a strayed from white egg of these of farm.
Here for us the whites are of chickens of farms treated very well and they are in most white.
The Brown, they are of earth, they live loosened and they eat of everything, they are more of farms. and their feathers are brown mixed with other colors.

Hi there!
I have had a look at your pics, and although most of your pics are great, this one caught my eye immediately.
I love the contrast between the white one and the rest(kind of how we feel in South Africa!), and your composition really adds to that effect. Lovely crisp detail too.
