No, I don't think that your grand daughter is dirty. She is as beautiful as the flowers. In India kids treated as the gift of God.

What a lovely portrait of your grand daughter, great pose, a happy face. The flowers add to the image as well.
I think it is a little overexposed and the colour balance is a little cold.
I've posted you a workshop, warmed the colour and increased contrast a tad. I hope you like it.
