Hello Mark,
The DOF is ok, it's not exactly razor sharp as what is preferred for this type of shot.
To make this shot a bit different or interesting, you may try a different crop by making the subject off-centered. The colors are pretty good, as well as the lighting.
To make the subject pop out more, you could blur some of the BG and foreground, and add contrast.
Just a few suggestions! Hope this helps. I did a small workshop as well Mark.
