[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This photo was taken about a week ago when we visited Cordelia & Stephen in Canberra. She was busy cooking paella and chatting with my wife, I was busy drinking world famous Aussie wine. We had a great night and a delicious dinner hence the title. There is not much pp work on the photo apart from resizing and contrast adjustment..

thanks for commenting/viewing.. cheers

Well done Alaettin,
I really like this shot with the shallow DoF and the warm glow from the candle - you have captured the mood extremely well
cheers
Jack

A lovely warm ambience AK. Nicely composed and regardless of the light conditions, good detail. Wolf Blass is a good drop but having not tried any from down here yet I can't compare,

PS 845am on a school day, no picnickers at that time.

Beautiful 3D effect.

Hi Alaettin, An excellent close up with a readable label which is not so easy to achieve. The ambiance of this is excellent. TFS. Murray.

Hey, Alaettin, that's a real nice one. Thank you!! Love the warm atmosphere and tones. And the story... (And am glad you two enjoyed the evening, too.) Here's to Sydney! Cheers, Cordelia :))

i love the color and detail on the wine bottle
i like merlot wine although never tasted it from Australian ground...

Ah, Tas, before reading your note about this very beautifully lighted and composed photo, I was hoping "paella" was possibly another word, not for food, but for that special time after food and wine that many of us get a chance to enjoy in the after hours. I'm sure you know what I mean...
