The clouds were photographed as is and they inspired the treatment of the steeple of St. Pauls' Cathedral. The effect was created in Photoshop using a fluidity filtre.

The pp work has given this image the look of a reflection. I like the warm cold opposition between the yellow & blue. Good work!
