I just can not resist a pretty flower and this is a pretty flower. The bouncing light works well, it's very natrual. Can't even compare it with a direct flash. I'd might want to blurr and lighten the background somemore. (A bit like my "child hood memories" on TE- but not as much s i did i think). You could also try and lighten up the leafs a bit more.

I am out of WS for the day, otherwise i would have showed you what i had in minde. Mabye tomorrow.

Cette photo me plait beaucoup, la couleur du fond va tellement bien avec le premier plan. C'est magnifique. Bravo.

The backdrop colour works really well with this flower. I like the idea that you bouned the flash. Perhaps a small flashlight on the leaves would have brought out more definition. Great sharpness, but maybe a smaller DOF would have blurred the background more. Anyway, overall this is a very good studio composition. Well done, Chris.

Another excellent shot Chris, these macros of yours are really setting the standard. I love the dark shadow on the leaves at the bottom, whether that is purposeful or not I think it adds great character to the picture.
