Just an experiment in split screen desaturation. The original is attached as a workshop. Taken on the sand island of Moreton Island, which is 25 miles east of Brisbane. I liked the 's' curve of the freshwater stream emerging from the dunes behind.

It seems to me an original presentation of a very good photography.
Good work.

Now, This is what I call a 'Pleasing Effect' Chris... :D Love the PP... The colors are vivid and Beautiful... Very balanced shot with a curve that adds to the appeal... :D Great one :D

Take care...
- Hima.

I like the S curve as well. Very nice idea with the split screen. I find the blue is a bit out of place...perhaps another tone of blue would be nicer...not sure...but still it's very nice Chris. Well done! :)

The original is a cracker Chris, but this is really impressive too, gives the viewer an idea of the different views of the image. TFS

Beautiful work of art, Chris. Nice three difference colors and mood but I still love the original one very much.

Nice experimant Chris and great results - simple and attractive. I like it, but I feel there is something missing, and I just cannot pin it down - wider strip down the middle to cover the edges of the "S", or more tones in the lower (or upper) right and left, phew, I don't know. But I still like this one,
Sam.

Hi Chris,
very nice done. Beautiful picture and nice PP.
Nino

Hi Chris,
I like the picture with that several S's going to the sea. The idea of making this PP was terrific and diferent :). Well done
Regards, António

A very good picture to start with. The PP works well, maybe I would have chosen different tone. All a matter of opinion I guess. Your original picture is very good tho. Some of these pictures were taken when I was less than 10 yrs old. Wow...

Graphic created by the nature, with a touch add by an artist.
That's what I felt when I saw the vignette.
I like your work very much. Congratulations, Chris.

It is beautiful Chris - I have always found it tough to get right aesthetical balance of colours in segment saturation. I suppose you have chosen the right picture and done it rather deftly. Very pleasing result
Mukesh

good idea will keep this one in mind.

Intersting shot and very neat idea. I like it and might copy it, (in case you see a shot like this from me in the near future) I think it's a great shot though, thanks for sharing.

Interesting pp work,Chris! I prefer this one to the original shot which is flat and without interest! The pp work gives to it an artistic touch and a very interesting composition! Very well done! Michel

Great workshop! It looks really nice and 3 versions of photo combined in one is a great choice here! :) I like it very much! Take care, Ola
