FIJI CRUISE

The islands of Fiji are sooooo beautiful! The climate is just superb and the people are very friendly.

So if you're your looking for an out of the ordinary tropical holiday in the South Pacific, Fiji is one place you will love and never forget for the rest of your life!

“South Sea Cruises” is Fiji’s most experienced cruise operator with an extensive range of award winning day trips which all offer great value and great fun! They transferred us from our first night hotel on the mainland in Nadi out to “Mana Island Resort” on their TIGER IV.

Here we are just cruising out from Denarau Marina, heading to our first stop, South Sea Island, (just 25 minutes from Denarau). I have photos of this special island ready to show you later. As you can see, the main island of Fiji, Viti Levu, has some high ranges, and in the foreground you can see some of their coconut palms growing alongside mangroves.

Hi Janice

I like the polarized blue sky, & distant textured hills. Good work!

Hi Janice,
Well done. You managed to snap a good photo here. Good composition and POV. The horizon looks surreal. It looks like a painting. I like the colour tones and the details as well.

Sorry, I'm probably out of points for the day.
TFS.Lawrence ;)

Wow! This colours in this scenery are stunning. Looks like you had a great time there. Fiji is a beautiful place, thanks for showing us more of it. What can I say? The colours and patterns you've captured are great. The mountain ranges you've captured on the horizon are beautiful, so stunning. Including your boat a little was a great idea, it pins down the viewers attention to the center right then the view goes clockwise to the sky, which is really stunning. Balanced the shot very well. Great work. TFS.

Ahhhhh...looks like Heaven. And it does look like a painting rather than a photograph! Good idea to leave the ships in - but be careful! It looks like you were hanging WAY over the rail to get this perspective! ;) I hope we don't hear about you on the news someday: "A New Zealand woman tumbled into the ocean today, while taking vacation photographs. Onlookers reported that as she fell, she screamed: 'Save my camera!!!!!' Film at five." :)

There's nothing like dedication to your art!

Thanks for sharing,
Gayle

Janice this is a very nice POV. I am sure you must have bent a bit ...the scenery is stunningly beautiful. Superb composition too. TFS.

Wow what a beauty you got here Janice
The sharpness and colors of the image are just fantastic, very well composed and acptured.
Excellent
Thanks for sharing

Nice idea to have part of the boat. Gives a different perspective. Nice shades of blue.

The introduction is written like a vacation brochure. The photo is almost unreal to good to true. But I like it. Once I like to see this fairytale.

Hi Janice,
Stunning photo, almost like a painting.

Wow Janice, the sky in this is so dramatic and stunning. I love the way it's reflected in the windows on the ship. The mountain range in the background just adds more drama to the scene. Very nicely done, excellent work.

...a paradaise view.. so beautiful .. dreaming holidays and freedom.
ciao
Denis

Very beautiful photo - great colours, the sky & clouds are very good, the mountains look quite dramatic and contrast well with the sea & sky.

hi janice,
this has a very pretty perspective,I liked the side of the boat being at the right finish of your cadrage.colors are terrific, and the idea of following the other boat on calm water to a beautiful island works for me.
regards

Beautiful capture, did you use a filter? I like the blue on the boat to, very vibrant. I am heading to Australia and New Zealand next January, I think i´ll take a stop in Fiji, whats the cost like... TFS
