SOUTH SEA ISLAND, FIJI. Everything That's Fun Under the Sun

Fiji is a country and an archipelago in the southern Pacific Ocean, consisting of about 330 islands and 510 islets and atolls of volcanic origin, spread in an area of 3 million km². Only about 100 islands are inhabited by the 832,000 residents. It is a tropical paradise with beautiful beaches. Its clear waters and reefs are ideal for diving and fishing.

The little bit of land is South Sea Island in the Mamanuca group of Fiji islands. It is located due west of Nadi international airport, only 25 minutes from the port at Denarau. When we stopped by this island to drop people off I had never heard anything about this tiny island before and all I can find on the internet is about day-trips out to the island. So I guess it isn’t for sleeping over. It was very small, and didn’t have too many buildings on it.

Nice picture, you must have been zoomed in a bit.
Lovely blue seas and beautiful white coral sands....

I like your pic, however there is something seriously wrong with the beach!! I am not sitting of the white deck chair with a cocktail in my hand! LOL

The color is very good but in my opinion the foreground is a bit overpowering...
I would still like to sit on that chair though.. :)

I like the superb color of the blue sea. Excellent graphism, layering, & tonal range, although sharpness could be a little higher. Good result overall.

Lovely shot, I like the amazing color of the sea. Excellent composition and tonal range, maybe a liitle more sharpness would be beneficial. Good result overall.

I just went on a retreat for work, but nothing this nice! The color of the water is amazing, the white warm sand very inviting. Is is me or is the horizon off just a bit? Very beautiful place, well done.
