[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is my contribution to this week's Friday theme of 'Hands'. I took this photo at a war memorial service held in front of the Auckland Museum. The man whose hands I have posted here was a member of the New Zealand Air Force Band, hence his blue uniform and the insignia. To place emphasis on him I have done a partial desaturation of my original photo.

Powerful photograph Martyn certainly sets the mood, great lighting and focus, well captured and presented

Hi Martyn,
An appropriate photo for the theme, and a very clear one at that. Nice focus and shallow DOF. You must have used a fairly decent focal length as I can't see you in the reflection of the trumpet at all, lol. Well seen.
