This is a picture of an Emirates Boeing 777 coming into land. I took this photo from a farm near the Auckland International Airport. The planes comes really low as they approach the runway. Fortunately, the overcast sky provided a good backdrop to take the pic.

Nice sharp details in the plane and good colours, but I think the composition is far too cramped - it's obviously a plane in flight and so it needs space to "move into" on the right of the frame. It may sound like a cliche but it does make for a better balanced shot.

I agree about the cropping - could you upload a differently cropped version as a workshop? It's a really nice shot otherwise and I'd like to see it. Where is this farm? I need to check it out...looks like you can get some nice views from there!
