[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a challenge, of sorts, to our dear fellow TL member The Mystic and his beautiful muse Christan.

This return to a series I posted in NZ's winter seems appropriate, now that the northern hemisphere is enjoying the cooler times ...

Otto, Christan - if Auckland had snow, I could have done even more with this shot. :) You are both blessed with that elusive prop - so if you feel inspired, I would love to see you take Fun In The Snow to the next level!

Nice, Rew. The frost on the grass -- priceless. Laying on the grass in a nightgown -- worth a $100 dinner I'd say! :-)

P.S. I'd be glad to ship you snow...

The challenge is accepted by me however all our snow is gone at the moment. This is a great picture! The look is almost the one I give Otto to 'hurry up' Great detail and 'cool' feel. TFS another beautiful post.

I disagree with Mike on the price it should be $200

Does she stick her tongue out at you also, Rew? Agree with Christan, that look is familiar to me! Now we need some snow and perhaps some drifts in order to take up the challenge. It's coming.....

I still say it is time Diana turned the tables on YOU. Next winter you give HER the woolly boots and thermal extremities and YOU do the freeze. That really will be worth double points.

That's what I call a defroster. Great concept to lay her down out there. Very unusual sight. Excellent composition, with the frosty grass in the foreground and the ghost tree in the distance. Super work. -Hugh

and it is ofcourse wonderfull to have a model willing to experiment with the photographer
Mood created is awesome, somehow the arm bothers me a bit but I then it also adds meaning to the expression in her face... as if called from the side

great photo Rew, is that frost she is lying on? luckily her lips haven't turned blue yet, she must be a 'tough cookie'?

PS. Up here , I am enjoying the races ( Tape delayed but fibally broadcasted on TV , the V8 Supercars - Pukukohe , the A1 race in NZ, The Targa NZ rally ..... ) Only the WRC events are still not available..... A shame...

very nice soft scene. I wish she were just a little more on her side so her eye comes up away from her arm some and also gives a little more shape to her body vs laying flat on her back.

Lol Rew. I did mention to Otto that perhaps he should have Christan posing like Diana does. A worthy addition to the previous series and one which may just keep me cool for the day. Soft colour, nice pose and good eye contact. TFS,

I am sorry to say that (because I know you are working with Mimi right now), but every time I check your new portraits I can't help myself and go back to Diana or Bianca :) I think it's because I like the special mood that both of them create. But it's my personal opinion :)
I love your series "Dressed in White". You are right - Diana is a very gifted model:)
