More learning with a polariser ... the afternoon moon seen from our back garden.

Is this shot pleasantly Zen with beautiful deep saturation as I hope it is - or is it uneventful and more than a little dull?

As always, thoughts and feedback greatly appreciated.

Hi Rew. Good shot of the moon. The moon is clear and the blue sky one of the best possible. Moon is well placed. Excellent variety. TFS. Murray.

Hi, Rew. Well, it might be both at once. I love the blue and I always like looking at the moon, which is fascinating and beautiful to contemplate. So it's pretty, for sure. Pleasantly Zen is a good description. But I guess I personally find it to be kind of one-dimensional. The good news is that your sensor looks clean. (I guess the non-interchangable lens takes care of that). What's the vignetting from? Well, you sure have a nice view from your garden. Have a great evening. -Hugh

Cool moon shot kind of expect it to be seen in a dark sky, but very cool and interesting pov. TFS another intriguing pic.

Is a magical moment isn't it? nite before last nite the moon is sooo big (from where I was) looking at it... but I was in the car with no camera...

Hello Rew, I like the deep saturated colour an the positioning of the moon within the frame. You also have a handy image for future use when post processing.

Beautiful visual, his album is beautiful, mainly with the beautiful faces of their models, but I would not dare the so much, don't have so much easiness as well as you for this picture type. Big visual, be moved these here.

Hi Rew,

How I wish this was captured using a telephoto of at least 300mm, so when you crop it the image would be much bigger. I don't see anything wrong with the compo, rule of thirds was applied honestly. The only thing is your image would be much powerful if it was a little bigger :) Cheers always pare.
