I like this, Tim - it looks very much like a Scottish scene, the f18 has produced good sharpness throughout and of course the smoothness of the water is just great. Really well executed and a good lesson to others wanting to try this kind of photography.

Nice job. You have coped well with the lighting.
warm regards
David

Hi Tim
It's so pretty, at first I thought it's the Evans river in Chrischurch but it is not. It's in Auckland.

Well done Tim. I have along this track many times and congratulate you on the quality of this shot. Exposure and shutter speed are excellent.
Cheers,
Pat.

Hi Tim,
Great shot, I remember walking past this stream on the way to the falls a couple of months ago. The bright green moss really stands out in this scene and the silky water from the long shutter speed looks perfect. HDR right? Excellent work, a very impressive photo.

TFS,
Scott.

Hi Tim

Wow... you sure nailed this. Stunning shot. The slow shutter speed worked perfectly here. The difference hues of green are eye catching. Lovely NZ scenery.

Hello ,

very good .. water looks like magic.. sharpness and lights wonderfull..

ı like it..

Nice use of the slow shutter, good sharp details. Maybe a gradient over the upper part of the frame, or a lower crop, would draw the eyes more effectively down to your subject?
Rew

Beautiful place. Excellent landscape image.

Hi Tim,
Missed some postings of you lately, but not this one ;-)
The slow shutter speed is perfect creating a mysterious impression of this small creek. Perfect well balanced composition, great view from your beautiful country!
