Nice to see you posting again.
The wait was worthwhile, this is a cracker!
I love the soft-edged lead of the incoming tide leading towards the sharp, distant rocks, painted with the evening's gold.
The colours of blue and gold, included in the amazing reflections, unite the whole shot.
The focal lighthouse completes a great shot.

Hi Jim,
A wonderful beachscape adorned with fabulous lighting.
Nice movement in the water with a shutter speed of 1/6 sec. Aperture of f/16 is marvelous for great DOF!
Very warm light and a nice reflection on the water.
Great details! Sharpness is impeccable.

The grad and CP have made for spectacular colour and light levels. Very nice and the 1/6 seconds just gives enough water blur..

I like your title and I adore this photo!
After to have had a flirt with the waves on the beach, these clouds rushing beyond the golden mountains seem in hurry to see what there is behind them! Instead of that, I would stay above this place and contemplate it for a long time! What fabulous seascape! The contrast with gold and blue, the crystaline reflections, the fine line of white foam, all elements of your composition is perfectly done. Congratulations! Annie

this is really a very exciting and very dramatic presentation. The intensity of the hills is very wonderful with the light hitting it.
The blue sky and exciting clouds make it so pretty and attractive.
