Hi Darren,
I applaud the fact that you were up so early, but the overexposure on the right spoils the shot, in my honest opinion. Perhaps it would have been better to take the shot when the sun was half way risen behind the hills, as apposed to being fully 'exposed'. I generally find that it cuts down on the OE and makes the glare a lot more manageable.
The only other thing I could suggest here is to have slightly less of the sky in the photo, but with more of the foreground included. Your horizon looks perfectly straight here however.
