The beach at the "Mount" was buzzing with Lifeguards practicing their skills in the late afternoon.
I was lucky to be in the right place at the right time to capture these guys in action. When the instructor called "go" - I took the shot. |

Hi Paul,
great action shot, good timing, maybe it would have looked even better with a faster sutter speed to avoid some bluriness, but in an other hand it adds movement to the action. ;)
