Beautiful scenery. Almost feels like another planet. Out of this world! I like the layers of clouds, the pink in the sky, the softness of the water and its contrast with the hardness of the rocks right in the middle of it.

Very nice Bernard
Could be a postal card or a poster
This is a compelling image Bernard. The ND really brings a soothing effect to the water. I think the dark areas make a nice transition from the foreground to the background. Is that a variable ND or fixed? Very nice work, two thumbs up! B

Superb image, I love the sea for the magnificent power it show even if it is so enormous it always stay poetic. Your picture show that and the colors are truly poetic, The movement in the water and the composition perfect make that image a classic one. I love it!

Very surrealistic - like the colours - even the rock in front is complementing the hue of the photograph.

This is awesome man. I've always wanted to see New Zealand. It must be amazing to live in a place like that. I would rather be towered over by a mountain range than by the starkness of New York's man-made canyons. At least I know I would be able to conquer it!

Excellent shot Bernard, this remind me of LOTR, fantastic shot, like the detail of rht rocks. Well done. Thanks for sharing.
Excellent composition. The water diffusion in the waves is so nice! Good light... That purple tones are very surprising! No PP? It's inviting :o)

I agree with Puffy, This doe remind me very much of the lord of the rings. The white moving water almost looks like smoke. Well done. :)

Looks great to me Bernard. Wonderful actions of the water and waves over the rocks. And the sky colours are quite beautiful. Well done.

What an amazing result. The misty surface caused by the long exposure is wonderful, and the colours of the rocks and the sky add to give a great atmosphere.

great photo bernard. ı agree that velvia could give a better result particularly in the sunset colors but I don't think that the sky is boring at all. very good job.
Superb seascape. I always wished to capture this kind of view. Great composition and exposure. Did you try longer shutter speeds?

This is a stunning view. I love the way the foreground is in focus as well as the distance. Can you explain to me what Velvia is, as I would like to learn about it. Is it a filter that attaches to the camera.?
I have ran out of points for today. Sorry about that. A+

"And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters."
Your made a fascinating photograph, Bernard!
I like it as is. Noyan's WS is interesting too. But I prefer your presentation much more.

And thanks for the detailed note, too.

Beautiful landscape, prevailing the blue, in fact
every dawn is beautiful, it is a feather that
the expectants are still sleeping.
But her picture is very beautiful, until it seems that
you used the photoshop to give the shades
of blue. I know that nor he needed, the nature for
itself only showed already her beauty.
Congratulations for the picture, I liked a lot

Celle-ci est magnifique aussi. C'est curieux comme l'eau rend un effet nuageux, tu as l'oeil c'est sur et tu arrive à être au bon endroit au bon moment, bravo.

absolutely stunning Bernard.. i saw this on the TL homepage and was instantly enchanted... the scene is just breath taking... composition, colour, detail and the general magical mood of this shot are all wonderful! a real photographic joy :-)
thanks for sharing this beautiful scene,
Ayda
p.s. agree absolutely with the problems with relying on the LCD screen for accurate exposure estimation.. i've set mine to less bright but it's still an annoying pitfall that often gets me! however you'd never know you had problems by looking at this shot :-)
