... well lets hope am not talking too fast, but we really have a good taste of spring at the moment, and as you can see I cant even dress Tyrone up in the morning anymore! ;)
I tried to play with the light by the window, but it wasnt easy, when he was in the sun it was too harsh, and in the shade too dark... was I doing something wrong? any advise is welcome!
Thanks. |

Its pretty hard to get this right Lu.
Some people use dodge and burn tools in photoshop to make adjustments afterwards, but it is very hard to get good balance in such extremes of light.
There probably someone who knows better than me though.
(With landscapes you can take two seperate exposures then add them together as layers, but thats not so easy with people or moving objects.
Hope you get some good tips.
Cheers
Steve

Nothing too much wrong with this - the overexposed bits are not too distracting. Hard to imagine what you might do to correct the overexposure in PP - the direct sun probably needed to be avoided when composing the shot. Softly reflected light would have achieved a more even effect.
Bonjour Ludivine
C'est beau la joie de vivre.Ici une très bonne gestion de la profondeur de champ et une juste mesure de la lumière.
Bonne journée
Cordialement
