Hi Peter,
For some reason this view looks familiar to me :-)
The sky is awesome here and very well captured! Great composition too, the rule of thirds is well applied. Great how the reflection is shown in this image.

I thought of posting a "sunrise" shot today ... really couldn't be bothered ... I'm glad you did.

Beautifully composed and metered, superb capture of the morning sky and the trees' silhouettes against the wet beach.

Oh what a beautiful sky. Super composition Pete - colours and reflections are so soft and the clouds are awesome.
You and Hans have two completely different images. It looks like this was the best place to take him.

Hi Peter,

The first thing that struck me was the diagonal formation of the clouds. It's really beautiful and a bit unusual. The reflection, of course, is terrific too. There is something about reflections that I find so peaceful. Great shot to start your New Year!

A beautiful composition Peter with three quarters sky and a quarter the beach,with such a magnificent sky, it works really well.
The foreshore looks good in silhouette.
The gulls on the beach seem to add to the scene.
