I like the composition of this shot but, despite the tripod, it appears to lack sharpness, particularly in the foreground. I suspect this is because the slow shutter speed meant a blurring of the moving water while the sand next to it is quite sharp. This, I think, has caused an impression of a lack of crispness.

Hi Jack,

I must say that the view is beautiful - very clear and balanced composition. But the colours are a bit disturbing - to cold, making the shot look like a night shot with full moon. I tried to correct this - please check the workshop. I corrected also the sharpness - not to much; otherwise it could be disturbing...
I hope you like it.

Hello Jack, lovely 2-tone image here. Pink and blue!!
Well captured, and the Mount shows up well, even the high-rise buildings stand out.
I understand what Marek says, but I recognise these colours. In fact I thought you must have taken it last week - we had a very similar sky then... I nearly grabbed the camera.
I'm posted an old image today and have more planned for next time.
Cheers
Janice

Hi Jack,
A beautiful mix of warm and cool colors captured in a wonderful setting. I love how the waterline is guiding my eyes to the mountain. The inclusion of the humans is great, and gives an idea of scale. I have to agree with Terry on the unsharpness. I think it has to do with the choise of aperture and focal point.
TFS,
Niek
