This guy obviously didn't see the sign.

Photo taken at Ngatea Water Gardens.

While the small piece if grass in the foreground might be distracting to some I left it there to enable me to retain the reflection of the sign in the lake.

Thanks for looking.

Sorry ... no more green smiles today ...

Hi Ralph, so you've been down to Ngatea this week. This place is always an enjoyable place to visit... there's a laugh and smile around every corner.
The colours look a little 'not right' though (in my opinion) - not sure what PP software you used.
But the composition is fine, getting the sign and boat all in, plus the mansion in the BG.
And good to see the bird-life too - each time we've been down there, there seem to be fewer birds.

Hi Ralph,
A nice humouristic approach to such a lovely scenery!
A sharp presentation with glorious lighting.
A pleasing reflection - mirror-like - on the water.
Very well seen and presented.
Regards,

Francis Xavier

Nicely done Ralph to get all three elements in the scene.
I've taken this a few times, and neve been happy with my result.
Lots of photo ops down there, definitely worth the trip.
Talking of trips....tripping the light fantastic yet?????
Pete.

What a beautifully balanced shot - the HDR/Topaz effect is well used here, larger-than-life but enjoyably so, giving it the feeling of a poster, painting or similar. I like!

Hi Ralph,
I remember this 'display' when I was there. Also took a few photos but the lighting was quite poor on that particular day. Looks like you have done well with this one. Interesting effect from the topaz adjust, good compo with the boat and building too. I see you even got a couple of the swans in the photo. Well done.

TFS,
Scott.
