Hey Steven
Welcome to TL.
Great 1st post. Colourful & good composition. And I thought the Kea was the cheeky one or should I say... does the most damage? haha.
Thanks for sharing.
Cheers
Tony

Hello Steven,
This is an excellent first photograph! Besides using an interesting point of view and capturing the bird just at the right moment, you have made us all laugh as well! I will look forward to your next shot!
Kind regards,
Bev :-)

Nice shot and good precording and details.

NZ has more than its fair share of nosey birds. When we were dairy farming up the Buller there was a family of Wekas that slept om the back verandah, oh what a lovely mess to greet you at such a rotten hour of the morning. One shot a day is ok, go through your photos and you will probably find lots that will be just as much at home either on TE or TN that way you can have 3 a day. Welcome to TL anyway with a lovely shot of a feathered raider.

Very cool picture of the cheeky bird in action... I have only heard tales from my Mother and Fathers time in the Chatham Islands about how the Weka would be stealing things etc. :)

Very clear and nice shoot, catching the culprit in mid-crime. :)
Thanks
Francis
