[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
These beautiful specimens of fine old trees were displaying their natural beauty at Kimbolton Gardens in Manawatu

This is the natural photo from the camera, I believe that a frame or HDR processing would ruin the overall natural effect.

I challenge all Treklensers to take the sharpest most clear and focussed photos possible no matter what their camera or lens is.

Also Treklensers please try to use the maximum allowed resolution 800 x 800 @ 300Kb if possible or near enough to, this will ensure your photos display to the best quality allowed by this website and allow the detail to be seen

I see too many photos posted that are not focussed, dull and / or tilted.

Handy tip for taking a better than average photo:

Aim at your subject, hold the camera as steady as possible (use a tripod or something solid to lean against), frame subject, focus, take photo. Easy peesy, even I can do it

This is a beauty! I like how you've managed to put so many types of trees into this one picture, each with different colors. I like the lighting and shadows. Nice crop. TFS

Well said Steven your notes are just about as good as your photo.

Love the sky, very natural, simple composition but conveys your intent well.

Hi Steven,
Wow, great colours of New Zelan autumn, I like this palette. Saturation is perfect, the whole composition is rich in colours, sharp and bright. Panoramic format seems to work well here, congratulations! TFS!
Greetings,
Kristof
