I visited the university gardens today and took this photo during a walk. Not many leaves on the trees now but these two were just hanging on in the cool breeze.

The autumn colours of these leaves are beautiful, perfect light and the dark background enhances the warm tones. The twig on the lower part of the picture is a bit distracting though. Nonetheless well composed and superb colours!

Your frame accentuates the vivid colours of the leaves and the light comming through highlights the veins in the leaves. This is vey nice.

Simplicity at its finest - I like it. A shame that autumn has come to an end, but what a great shot you have taken to remember it. The colours are nice and bold here, and the darkness highlights the leaves perfectly. Well captured.
