[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a hydrangea flower I photographed in the gardens in Palmerston North. Hydrangeas flowers change depending on the soil pH. Many varieties now exist giving a wider range of colours from blues to mouve to pink to white.

There must be something in the water you drink, because you keep coming up with these great presentation ideas! This one works very well, the soft lighting rebounds off of the soft purple tones perfectly. very clear, clean and defined also. Great work.

I really like what you did with the colors and the frame inside a frame here, looks really creative and original.. marvelous purple colors, rich with a nice fade in the BG...fine lighting on the petals and superb sharpness and texture... brillient work..
