Hi Pat
Looking at Russell from this angle makes it look quite deserted, as if it is a near empty bay with a couple of houses there. But we know different. And look at that cleared land on the hillside - I guess that it will be built on soon - what a shame.
Nicely captured, pretty waters too.

Wonderful vantage point to look over this bright and vibrant ocean. The boats give good depth and everything is very well composed. Terrific view, well captured.

Excellent image of the Bay of Islands, Due the "missing" horizon a quite special POV. Excellent colours and the sharpness is spot on. It brings back fine memories to me. Thanks!

A friend of mine is travelling to NZ very soon, a place she once lived , and I am SO JEALOUS!!! The countryside is always so lovely in the pictures I see from there as is this. Nice pov, depth, and I love the color of the water. TFS

Hello Pat,

Not only do I love to see the lovely countryside that N.Z. offers but I also love to hear the names. They must all hold so much history!
The trees frame the azure water nicely, and there is lots of interesting details to engage the curious eye.
