[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
While walking along the shore line I came across this piece of driftwood and it looked like one on those carvings of a lady they would put on the front of the old time ships..... a few of my friends have had a look at this shot as well and have seen so many other things "What do you see?"

Hello, Varina,
a very interesting find. To me it looks like the creatures on top of the Notre-Dame in Paris. It's amazing what Nature can do!
The photo is very well composed, with good colours.
Regards, Evgenia

Yes Nana I see what you see, amazing eh! well seen and taken..

Sounds like you have got around the place on your holidays.. good for you..you wont want to go back to work!! :-)

Cheers Dawn.

Hi Varina.

What I first "saw" in this photo was either a lizard, or maybe one of those dragons (is that what you call them? In Norway they´re known as Varaner (the er at the end means it´s plural)) I thought maybe it was some sort of animal you´d caught with your camera here, and even now, I find myself seeing that at the first moment. Taking a closer look, it could also be a piece of bone, with the interesting shape and structure. You´ve got a good eye :) Also like the background. It´s simple and does not disturb the main focus of the photograph. Well done :)
