[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Another photo from the township of Mokau. This house has seen much better days. As for the POV which shows the front of the house in shadow, I chose this angle as I wanted to include the corrugated iron patch that had been applied to the corner.If I changed the angle I lost the effect.

PP Work: cropping, resizing, sharpening and a slight brighten to counter the shadow.

Critiques [Translate]

It is interesting to see the amount of old and dilapidated homes rotting on the farms all over NZ now.
The upkeep is very expensive and out of some people's reach.
Good shot Ralph but quite sad to see really.

Great shot of this building and it shows how dilapidated a a house can become if not given a bit of TLC. I am glad you kept the pov as it shows this hows as it truly is, well done.

Nice simple shot. Good details and good metering. Perhaps a little crop from the right to remove that (slightly distracting) shed on the hillside.
