[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a photo of the mouth of the Tongaparutu River. Tongaparutu itself is just a collection of holiday batches. It is slightly north of Mt Messenger on the coast road to New Plymouth. This was taken at low tide and from a rest area elevated well above the river bed.

PP work: Cropping and rezising.

After posting this photo I noticed the spot at the top left of the photo Damm it spoils it.

*** Have done a workshop I have used the healing tool in Photo Shop to remove the spot that was bugging me, thanks to Cadi for suggesting this. I'm happy now.

Beautiful photo. The colours are amazing and I like the composition. Don't worry too much about the spot - I wouldn's have noticed it if you didn't mention it! If you've got Photoshop, just use the spot healing tool to get rid of it =).

Thanks for sharing,

Cadi

This is a beautifully delivered shot, I really like it. Well constructed with good placement of horizon, and a pleasant journey for the eye as it follows the end of the river. Rich colours, good metering - if anything, a tiny bit of extra sharpening after resize maybe, but that's a minor.
