Steve,
Good control of exposure, especially with the black sand. Good detail.

Hi Steven,
Wow, I'm amazed that nobody has bothered to clean up the wreckage. Looks like it's been there a good long time. Looks great with the black sand covering it though. What's the sack on the sand to the left?
The beach looks nice with the waves rolling in, it looks like a misty effect down the far end of the beach too. Much like Piha gets. Nice work.
TFS,
Scott.
Good sharp detailed seascape Steven, I think the black bars are too heavy though, half the width would be better.
I didn't realise the black ironsands were so far south.
Dad.
Hello Steven
Fantastic capture, loved the dark tones in FG
may be a very tight frame (just my opinion)

Nice use of compositional elements. This is a shot that would suit the use of a graduated filter, to reduce the brightness of the upper part of the frame and avoid the slight OE on the breaking surf.
I love the textures of sand and iron in the lower part of the frame though!

Love this photo Steven, I will be travelling from Wellington through Taranaki in about 10 days time so will call in here. the sea is a bit blown out with OE maybe but a great photo.
Great shot nice comp and DOF
bit of OE on waves
A CPL filter would of helped here

I like the feel of this picture. Your composition accentuates the desolate feel of the shipwreck and the open sea. TFS!
Cheers,
Pierre
