Hi Achim, scary!! I swam at Rarotonga and was told the sharks didn't cross the reef into Muri Lagoon!! We swam daily and walked out to the islands off shore many times...

But what sort of shark did the locals say it was? It definitely isn't a White Pointer!!

Good capture - both photos are good, and thank you for sharing - well maybe not!! I'm not sure if I want to go back there now!!

Stunning Achim - the first time I tried to handfeed the fish they were so quick I did not see them coming and they gave me quite a scare.
But swimming with sharks - no thanks you.
Although maybe it was a reef shark and they are not quite so dangerous.
Lovely quality of underwater light.

great shot Achim! I remember swimming off the coast of Florida and I gang of nurse sharks skimmed right past me and I almost had a heart attack! Then, we went into the deep water and a GIANT Tarpin glided past me...I got out of the water..it was just too much!

look like a real alive sushi factory! Under the sea the sushi have rice by inside and are so fresh then they stay alive!
That's cool to be able to do good photo under water! Conditions of light have a pleasant mood! I like the beauty of all those fish who are vivid!
