I took this photo on Sumner beach, Christchurch a few years ago. THe council has many of these special bins in which dog owners place their dog's "doings" and so keep the pathments clean.

Nope...us Jaffas dont have anything like this!!!.. maybe the dogs down that way.. poop more!!!LOL..or the councils have more money! great idea.
