[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is another one of the many beaches in Christchurch. But to get this one I had to walk through the Bottle Lake Forest Park

It took about an hour to walk to the beach and a bit longer to get back due to stopping and taking more photos through the forest.

Thanks for looking

Regards
Tracey

Hi Tracy,
Wonderful blue tones in this picture. Also a fine well balanced composition, the rule of thirds is well used. Like the low POV here showing a large part of the beach onm the forground. Well observed and captured.

Hi Tracey,
I like the way the sun reflects off the patterns from scattered pools of water on the black sand in this shot. Can see the largish waves rolling in on the left too. Nicely composed, looks like a great place to go.

TFS,
Scott.

Nice job here. Textbookcomposition - excellent placement of horizon, good exposure delivering sharp colours, nice dynamic range and a typical Canterbury beach view!

Good job on the frame, too.
