[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Helen's theme brought to mind this picture we shot last winter while visiting Akaroa on a day that the ski field was closed. I wonder how many other folks have stopped and taken a similar shot!
Thanks for the theme Helen.

Hello Patricia,

I love this!
A great contribution for the theme with the mixture of styles.
Who is the smiling gent, with the crisp details?

Kind regards,
Bev :-)

Howdy Patricia!
Very nice composition. Very funny picture. Original shot.
Regards!

That is an interesting PP work.
hghly valued idea,
i like the presentation and the mood of the shot.

Superb PP. the elbow out of the frame of the painting looks so natural! And the wooden frame in the BG which fluently transfers in the 'painting' is great! congrats

Cheers

Well done Pat! I saw this fellow at Akaroa last April, and took 2 pics of him.

You did well placing the other photo inside the frame. Or did you crop him from another photo. What did you do? Is that a totally different scene in the BG?

I've added one of the pics I took down there as a WS

Well done on what you did do - what ever it was!!

Janice

Hi Patricia
That is awesome! Well thought out and well executed... and it suits the theme brilliantly. The elbow hanging over the edge of the artist's frame and the pose with the glasses are the perfect finishing touches! Well done.

PS - I presume this is a combination of two exposures; one with your husband in the shot and one without, then some PP work to mix the two shots together???

very well done, funny.
your PP is amazing, a work to be proud of.
kudos to you.

Hello, Patricia.

Brilliant!

This truly is amazing and wonderfully executed. Excellent processing work and the picture is well-composed and sharp as a pin. I just love the way your husband's left arm so nonchalantly leans out of the frame!

Thank you for sharing this one.

Kind Regards,

John.

Hi Patrica

Very good PP work, the cloning would have taken you ages!
Well Done
The effect works so well and brings a smile to ones face!

Did you change the B/G as well? It is different to Janices B/G in her workshop.

Regards
Tracey

Hi Patricia,
That painting almost looks 3D, what a clever artist;)
You did a good job removing hubby's lower extremities, I presume he survived the procedure?
