I had a great idea for Fridays theme, but I made the mistake of telling Danni Waterlilygirl.
She did a photo of MY idea before I could do mine!!
So plan two!

This is what I thought of, took and PP'd just an hour before the theme opened!

Kind of a lost in space theme...LoL I watch way to much sci-fi!!

PP
Took individual photos of Danni and Logan, one the flash did not fire so that became the BG.
Twirled the black
With lasso drew around Danni...added to BG
Same with the pic of Logan only making him slightly larger (he turns 10 on Sunday)So a Happy 10th Birthday to him!
Added a few stars on effect in photoscape, resized for TL

I know the edges are a little rough, but doing selection by hand is hard!
Anyway this is the end product.

Thanks for viewing nd critiques
Regards
Tracey

Too late Tracey, you lost them, they have been drawn through Danni's StarGate.
Well done, gtreat idea and well presented.
Just a thought, If the kids were tilted 45° inwards, it would create a more dynamic feeling of falling through time and space.
Pete.

time travel! well done.
unique concept.
clear and attractive.
congrats.

Don't trust these TL members!! Especially those close to home. . .

This is a good idea Tracey. The two of them do look like they are floating in space. The edges look fine to me - I used a magnetic lasso last week for my 3 in 1.

You've positioned the stars well too,
Janice

Super idea Tracey! very well executed. I love the stars! well done!

Hi Tracey,

They are so cute.. even pose for you to take the shot, great creation in a short time! :D it sure look like lost in space, I only can see a bit of rough edges on Logan's left leg but that's about all, so far, I think you did a great job!

Nice pp work, great lighting, nice colouratioin and sharpness. Well composed and present. :D Happy birthday to Logan in advance. :D

Have a great day,

Cheers,
Sweety

Great image Tracey, almost 3D in some ways, well created

Hello Tracey

Wellit may have been your second choice but what an excellent result. Superb image hereand really excellent PP work. I love the effect, this is well thought out and presented.

TFS and for joining in the theme

kind regards Helen

Magic idea Tracey and well followed through. Nice colour in both kids and well situated on your background. Your 'rough' edges look fine to me.
David
